Presentation
At the heart of every high-performing supply chain are effective planning and inventory management. Optimising stock levels, anticipating demand and coordinating goods flows are essential to minimise costs, maximise customer satisfaction and ensure smooth operations. Advanced mastery of these areas enables companies to respond agilely to market fluctuations and stand out from competitors.
Our 8-day CPIM 2025 certification course is organised in 2 non-consecutive 4-day sessions to improve learning retention and support gradual practical application. You will discover the fundamental pillars of operations and supply chain management. The programme also covers inventory optimisation, detailed production and distribution planning, and integration of quality, continuous improvement and advanced technologies.
By the end of this comprehensive course, you will master the key skills to pass the APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) certification exam (see the certification tab for details). You will benefit from thorough preparation, including real case studies and relevant practical exercises, and detailed understanding of exam domains to maximise your success.
