You will also learn to create a project policy and establish an effective Project Management Office (PMO). Objectives
By the end of this advanced project management course, you will be able to:
- Understand the strategic challenges of project governance and identify methodological frameworks suited to your organisation (PMI, Agile, Scrum or Kanban);
- develop comprehensive project documentation for predictive projects (charter and registers) or adaptive projects (Kanban, backlog and agile metrics);

- design and deploy an effective Project Management Office (PMO), including relevant reporting tools such as earned value;
- develop leadership and team management skills to encourage collaboration, resolve conflicts and motivate project stakeholders;

Module 1: Understanding advanced fundamentals and the project management framework

- Creating the documentation required for a project with a predetermined lifecycle (project charter, management plan summary and various registers).
- Establishing checklists and acceptance test forms for each project.
