Presentation
Faced with a constantly changing environment and growing constraints, businesses increasingly turn to coaching to adopt more pragmatic, effective ways of working. Once largely associated with sport, professional coaching is now a valuable tool supporting organisations through agile transformation and beyond.
An agile coach is therefore a change agent at the heart of organisations of varying complexity. Their role is to train, encourage and support individuals and teams in adopting agile practices. This approach promotes better collaboration, greater responsiveness and high-quality organisational processes.
This course develops the skills and tools needed to become an accomplished agile coach. You will learn to position yourself as an effective coaching leader and adopt appropriate stances when working with individuals and teams.
