Presentation
This course develops the skills needed to deploy and manage agile methods within an operational unit, using AgilePM as an operational framework.
Participants learn to assess organisational agile maturity, build a deployment plan, manage projects and multidisciplinary teams, address risks and dependencies, support change and measure performance using appropriate indicators.
The programme combines AgilePM principles and practices, hands-on exercises and assessment preparation.
At the end of the course, participants undertake the RS7266 professional certification – “Mettre en œuvre les méthodes agiles au sein d’une unité opérationnelle” (Implementing agile methods within an operational unit), awarded by CROSSTHINK, as well as the AgilePM Foundation exam.
CROSSTHINK is a certification body specialising in the development and recognition of professional skills, particularly in management, project management and organisational transformation.
