Presentation
In a context of cultural transformation, combining performance and social responsibility is no longer optional. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) now sit at the centre of HR strategy, employer branding and employee engagement.
This pragmatic 3-day course helps you assess internal practices, including recruitment, promotion and pay, identify systemic barriers and unconscious biases, and co-create a roadmap aligned with your priorities.
You will leave with a complete DEI policy and an operational action plan. The aim is to equip you to define governance, manage through indicators and engage managers, making inclusion a genuine driver of sustainable performance.

- assess recruitment, promotion and pay practices against DEI priorities and legal obligations, including France's EgaPro equality index and disability requirements;

- define the vision, values and strategic priorities of a DEI policy covering disability, gender parity, background, LGBTQIA+ inclusion and intergenerational inclusion, aligned with your context;
- build a 360° operational action plan across HR, purchasing, communication and management, with clear objectives, resources and a schedule;
