Certified CHRMP™ Competency Mapping focuses on competency mapping. The subject area includes role requirements, observable behaviours and competency frameworks.

Start from the work a role must accomplish and describe the behaviours that support it. Study should distinguish meaningful evidence of competence from vague personal attributes that are difficult to assess fairly.

Preparing for this pathway starts with your professional context. A useful preparation plan connects the terminology with a realistic professional situation. Identify the decision to be made, compare the available evidence and explain the reasoning behind the action selected. Use feedback from exercises to identify gaps and decide which topics need further attention.

Before enrolment, compare the OO2 course objectives with your experience and the intended assessment. A preparation course does not automatically award a certification or replace the issuer’s eligibility requirements.
