This 3-day course offers operational immersion. You will cover essential areas: from job analysis to HR policy design, including recruitment processes, operations (contracts, onboarding) and the fundamentals of learning and development (L&D).
The aim is to prepare you practically for the CHRMP Foundation certification exam (find out more in the Certification tab). You will leave with validated generalist HR skills and lifetime access to the global CHRMP Alumni network, recognised in over 60 countries.
Objectives
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- understand key HR principles (vision, mission) and alignment with business strategy;
- develop and implement HR policies and procedures (internal regulations, remote working) suited to your organisation;
- conduct job analysis and design relevant, non-discriminatory job descriptions;
- structure an effective recruitment and selection process (sourcing, validity tests, interviews);
- master HR operations (employment contracts, onboarding, administrative monitoring) in compliance with legal requirements;
- design a training programme (needs analysis, ADDIE model, Kirkpatrick evaluation) and an employee engagement programme;
- prepare for and pass the CHRMP Foundation certification exam by mastering all required knowledge and practical cases.
