Microsoft 365 Copilot already meets many needs, but every organisation has its own business knowledge, processes and data sources. Declarative agents let you customise Copilot without writing code, connecting it directly to your organisational context.
This one-day course teaches you to design, create and publish declarative agents with Copilot Studio. You will learn how to add custom knowledge to your agent, configure starter prompts and extend its capabilities with prompt actions and connector actions to access external data sources.
By the end of the programme, you will be able to create and publish your first declarative agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot, tailored to a real business scenario in your organisation.
