Presentation
As crises become more frequent, ensuring service continuity is no longer optional: it is a strategic and regulatory imperative. This 3-day course, aligned with ISO 22301, provides a step-by-step method to design, document and deploy a complete framework: organisation, resources, procedures and tools suited to major disasters and everyday incidents alike.
You will analyse critical risks, write your Crisis Management Plan and Business Continuity Plan (BCP), then develop the IT component through IT continuity and recovery plans. Each stage is illustrated by concrete cases, pre-filled templates and sector benchmarks so that your documentation is immediately usable.
Immersive simulations run throughout the session: activating the crisis team, communicating under pressure and testing recovery. You will leave with your own set of procedures, an annual exercise schedule and the confidence to face a business interruption without losing control.
