Presentation
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is much more than a trend. It is a far-reaching approach committing companies to integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues into their activities and stakeholder relationships. This means considering the impact of decisions on the environment, employees, customers, suppliers, local communities and society as a whole. CSR is a driver of sustainable performance, enabling companies to create long-term value, strengthen their reputation, attract talent and contribute to a fairer, more sustainable world.
This 2-day CSR course will help you acquire or strengthen the knowledge and skills needed to implement an effective CSR approach within your company. You will explore sustainable development challenges, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and different CSR models. You will learn to integrate ESG considerations into your strategy while accounting for the specific characteristics of your sector and company. Finally, you will address transparency and accountability so you can communicate CSR performance effectively.
Through case studies, practical work and role plays, you will experience realistic situations and develop essential transferable skills, including communication, collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving. You will then be able to contribute actively to your company's CSR approach and demonstrate your commitment to colleagues and partners.
