Based on ISO 9001, it provides a framework to facilitate educational processes through an educational organisation management system (EOMS) tailored to this sector.
The ISO 21001 Lead Implementer course equips you to support an educational institution in planning, implementing, managing and maintaining an EOMS that meets ISO 21001:2018 requirements. You will master its various elements, including policies and objectives, procedures, performance evaluation, management commitment, internal auditing and more.
By the end of the course, you will be ready to take the exam to earn one of the 4 PECB ISO 21001 Lead Implementer certifications. Each demonstrates your command of the fundamental methodologies, requirements, framework and management approach as a lead implementer.
Objectives
By the end of the PECB ISO 21001 Lead Implementer course, you will achieve the following objectives:
- master the fundamental concepts and principles of an educational organisation management system (EOMS) in accordance with ISO 21001;
- describe the components, management approach and key processes of an EOMS;
- understand the relationship between ISO 21001, ISO 9001 and other standards and frameworks;
- master approaches, methods and techniques for implementing an EOMS;
- pass the ISO 21001 Implementer exam and earn PECB Certified ISO 21001 Lead Implementer certification.
