This ISO 21502 Lead Project Manager course develops your ability to initiate, plan, monitor, direct, control and close a project in accordance with ISO 21502:2020 guidelines. Alongside the theory covered in class, the programme includes practical case studies and quizzes to help you apply your learning promptly within your organisation.
At the end of this 5-day course, you will take the ISO 21502 Lead Project Manager certification examination. Passing it allows you to demonstrate your professional capabilities and receive the PECB Certified ISO 21502 Lead Project Manager credential, depending on your project management experience (see the certification tab for details).
