Presentation
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of food safety management systems and the auditor's role in planning, conducting, reporting and following up food safety management system (FSMS) audits. It includes an overview of the principles, tools and techniques needed to operate and audit an FSMS effectively.

By the end of these 5 intensive training days, you will be able to:
- understand ISO 22000 concepts and requirements;
- understand national and international food safety legislation;
- understand HACCP principles based on the Codex Alimentarius;
- understand auditor roles and responsibilities;
- apply ISO 19011 and ISO/TS 22003 definitions, concepts and guidelines;
- recognise audit principles, practices and types;
- perform all phases of an external audit: planning, execution, reporting, recording, follow-up and closure;
- prepare and present effective reports.
