Presentation
As stakeholder expectations grow, corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become a strategic issue for every organisation. Published in 2010, ISO 26000 has become the international reference for embedding responsible, ethical and sustainable practices in organisational governance.
This 4.5-day course provides the knowledge and skills needed to lead a CSR approach aligned with the ISO 26000:2010 guidelines, which apply to any type of organisation: companies, NGOs, local authorities or trade unions. You will explore the 7 core subjects of social responsibility, from organisational governance to human rights, including the environment and labour practices.
By the end of the programme, you will be able to conduct a stakeholder analysis, identify the core CSR subjects relevant to your organisation and build a practical action plan. You will also be prepared for the official PECB Certified ISO 26000 Lead Manager exam, included in our offer (find out more in the certification tab).
