More than a decade after ISO 9001:2015, the new standard incorporates changes in the economic, technological and regulatory context to strengthen quality management system effectiveness. PECB Certified ISO 9001:2026 Transition validates essential expertise for supporting this change.
This 2-day course covers the 2 official PECB framework domains: differences between the main clauses of ISO 9001:2026 and ISO 9001:2015, and understanding, planning and implementing the required changes. Each module combines methodological guidance with clause-by-clause comparisons based on practical cases.
By the end of the course, you will be able to plan and implement the changes required to ensure QMS conformity and be ready to take the official PECB ISO 9001:2026 Transition examination, included in our offer. It leads to PECB Certified ISO 9001:2026 Transition certification (see the Certification tab for details).
Objectives
By the end of this ISO 9001:2026 Transition course, you will be able to:
- Explain the differences between ISO 9001:2026 and ISO 9001:2015;
- Interpret the new concepts and requirements of ISO 9001:2026;
- Plan and implement changes to an existing quality management system to ensure conformity with ISO 9001:2026 requirements;
- Prepare for and pass the PECB ISO 9001:2026 Transition certification examination.
Program
Module 1: compare ISO 9001:2026 and ISO 9001:2015
- ISO 9001:2026 fundamentals and its positioning relative to ISO 9001:2015.
- Strengthening quality culture and ethical behaviour in the new standard.
- A clearer distinction between risks and opportunities within the QMS.

- Identify differences between an ISO 9001:2015 clause and its ISO 9001:2026 equivalent.
Module 2: analyse requirements clause by clause
- Clause-by-clause comparison of ISO 9001:2026 and ISO 9001:2015.
- Changes concerning organisational context, interested parties and organisational knowledge.
- Updates to customer communication, design and development.

- Analyse a complete ISO 9001:2026 clause and document the associated conformity actions.
Module 3: plan the QMS transition
- Expanded requirements for planning changes within the QMS.
- Changes to performance evaluation, management review and continual improvement.

Module 4: prepare for the PECB ISO 9001:2026 Transition examination
