ISO/IEC 17025 is an international standard for testing and calibration laboratories. It provides rules for improving the quality of work processes. As a manager, you therefore need a quality management approach aligned with ISO 17025:2017.
The ISO/IEC 17025 Lead Assessor course introduces the quality, administrative and technical operations needed to support a laboratory working towards ISO 17025:2017 accreditation. Practical exercises help you master assessment techniques and develop the skills to assess conformity with the principles and requirements of a laboratory quality management system (LMS).
By the end of the course, you will be ready to take the exam and obtain one of the 3 PECB ISO/IEC 17025 Lead Assessor credentials. Each demonstrates the knowledge and practical skills needed to assess the competence of testing and calibration laboratories using best practices.
