Presentation
In an increasingly uncertain environment, organisations must contend with emerging risks: new, poorly defined threats often preceded by weak signals that conventional risk management methods struggle to interpret. Anticipating these risks and adapting strategy accordingly has become a major strategic priority for organisational resilience.
This 2-day course provides the practical skills to manage emerging risks in accordance with the guidelines of ISO/TS 31050:2023. You will learn to identify weak signals and assess evolving, uncertain risks. You will also learn to select appropriate treatments and strengthen organisational resilience through risk intelligence.
By the end of the programme, you will be ready to take the ISO/TS 31050 Emerging Risks Manager certification exam, included in our offer. Passing it enables you to obtain one of the associated PECB certifications (see the Certification tab for details).
