If business agility is central to your projects and you are considering the Scaled Agile Framework®, Leading SAFe provides an introduction to SAFe® fundamentals. You will learn the principles and practices needed to lead an effective Lean-Agile transformation within an enterprise.
The course explores the business benefits of agility and how to implement this organisational and process model. You will understand how SAFe® improves quality, productivity, team engagement and time to market. You will also master alignment techniques that bring the organisation together around shared objectives and strengthen its processes. Finally, you will explore why companies adopt a customer-centric approach and learn to organise events such as PI Planning.
By the end of this 2-day course, you will have the foundational knowledge to use the Scaled Agile Framework® as a leader and be well prepared to take the online SAFe Agilist certification exam.

Prerequisites
The Leading SAFe certification course requires:
- Knowledge of agile methods, particularly Scrum.
