Presentation
This course addresses the management of workplace stress and tension from a management perspective. Although pressure and sources of tension are almost always linked to circumstances (economic conditions, mergers, staff reductions, reorganisations, etc.), management and/or leadership often have a very significant impact on reducing or, conversely, amplifying their effects. Yet there are approaches and support methods that help teams and reduce the negative effects of workplace stress: this is the focus of the course.
