Supporting Teams through Change
A transformation takes more than announcing a new way of working. Identify resistance, involve the people concerned and adapt your support to realities on the ground. Give your teams the guidance they need to move from an intention to change to adopting new practices.

Presentation
Change within an organisation, especially significant change, can create stress, tension and even conflict.
This course gives managers a methodology and techniques for navigating transitions flexibly. Participants learn to help colleagues take ownership of change and to understand and support those who resist it. Communication is central during these sensitive phases: communicating at the right time through appropriate channels and messages, and developing leadership through more effective communication. The course also covers creating and improving innovation and performance processes, adapting to team members' profiles, and using learning materials and tools.
Objectives
Participants first learn to understand the mechanisms of change and identify its motivations, barriers and associated fears.
They then develop their ability to adapt to unfamiliar situations, prepare and lead a change support approach, communicate effectively, and build and use their network.
