Presentation
Contract management underpins legal security in HR. Within a strict legal framework, drafting or procedural errors can create financial and employee relations risks. Mastering this lifecycle is essential to protect the company and its employees.
This 2-day HR course focuses on practice and administrative compliance. You will learn to choose the right contract type (permanent, fixed-term, internships) and draft strategic clauses (probation, mobility). Through case studies and Labour Code analysis, you will secure follow-up from recruitment to social security declarations.
By the end of the programme, you will have methods to standardise your contract and amendment templates. The aim is to improve administrative efficiency, succeed in internal audits and manage terminations (dismissal, termination by mutual agreement) without litigation risk.
