Presentation
Often viewed as a cost centre, facilities services are actually a strategic driver of performance and workplace wellbeing. Faced with budget pressure, CSR requirements and hybrid working, facility management needs a more professional approach to ensure optimal user satisfaction.
This 2-day course offers a comprehensive approach to managing support services.
