Presentation
Amid constant legislative and tax changes, payroll management presents a major business challenge. Calculation errors, late social security returns or failure to understand legal obligations can result in significant financial penalties, tax reassessments and declining employee trust. Compliance is no longer optional: it is a strategic imperative.
During this 3-day course, you will explore the legal and regulatory framework for remuneration, contract types and their payroll implications, gross-to-net pay calculations, social security contributions and taxes, CNPS and tax filing obligations, and payroll process digitalisation. Each session combines practical case studies, payslip templates and experience sharing for immediate operational application.
On returning to work, you will be able to improve the reliability of pay calculations, safeguard social security and tax returns, and bring payroll processes into compliance with the Labour Code, collective agreements and General Tax Code. Transform your practice and become a key contributor to administrative safeguards and HR transparency within your organisation.
