Presentation
Created in Belgium in 2016 and supported by Erasmus and the European Union since 2020, P3.express is an easy-to-use minimalist project management system. It offers an alternative to traditional project management methods. Professionals from diverse backgrounds contribute to its development, and many companies use it as a tool for successfully delivering all types of projects.
This P3 Express course introduces a project management system comprising 33 activities grouped into 7 processes. You will explore each management activity in detail, covering project initiation, monthly initiation and closure, weekly and daily activities, project closure and post-project activities.
After developing your P3.express knowledge and skills through the programme and case studies, you will be ready to take the P3.express Practitioner examination. It focuses on your ability to manage projects rather than recall theoretical concepts, preparing you to become a certified P3.express Practitioner.
