Presentation
PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP)® is an advanced professional credential awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It is designed for specialists who assess and identify project risks, including threats and opportunities, mitigate threats and capitalise on opportunities.
This intensive 5-day course is structured around the 5 performance domains defined by PMI. It provides the methodology and tools to master risk management throughout the project lifecycle. You will explore approaches across the value delivery spectrum, including predictive, agile and hybrid environments.
By the end of the programme, you will be prepared to take the PMI-RMP certification exam included in our offer (see the Certification tab for details). You will be able to apply risk management best practices to protect your projects and turn them into sources of opportunity.
As a PMI® Premium Authorised Training Partner (ATP), number 4351, Oo2 offers certification courses that meet the institute's rigorous quality standards.
