Presentation
This course prepares participants for PRINCE2® Foundation certification. As a PeopleCert-accredited ATO, Oo2 provides training meeting all PeopleCert requirements, delivered by an accredited trainer. Participants receive the official PRINCE2 book and official PeopleCert course materials.

At the end of this 5-day program, you will take a practice examination to prepare for the official PRINCE2® Foundation examination, included in our offer. Passing earns you PRINCE2® 7 Foundation certification.
Alongside this, the continuing case study enables you to produce a structured deliverable, such as a PRINCE2®-compliant project dossier containing key documents: project mandate, business case, risk register, quality management plan and more. This deliverable helps you formalise and structure your knowledge and provides a reusable foundation for future professional projects.
The PRINCE2® — project management — Foundation level certification is registered in the French Répertoire Spécifique under RS6948, making this course eligible for the Compte Personnel de Formation (CPF) and the examination mandatory.

Objectives
The objectives of PRINCE2 Foundation training are to:

- identify the roles and responsibilities of people involved in a PRINCE2 project;
- apply PRINCE2 through case studies and a practical scenario;
- work on a continuing project case study throughout the course for progressive, concrete application of PRINCE2 concepts;
- complete a structured PRINCE2 deliverable directly usable in a business;
- prepare effectively for the PRINCE2™ Foundation examination and obtain certification.

- Continuing case study: analysing participants' projects from a PRINCE2 perspective.
3. Understanding the importance of project roles
- Organisational and project ecosystems, change management and stakeholders.
- Distinguishing people involved in the project from those affected by it.
- Communication, stakeholder engagement and team effectiveness.
- Integrating people aspects into PRINCE2.
- Continuing case study: identifying roles and responsibilities for each project.
4. Connecting PRINCE2 principles and method
- Introducing the 7 PRINCE2 principles: continued business justification, learning from experience, clear roles, managing by stages and exception, product focus and tailoring to the project.

- Completing the continuing case study: final project presentations, lessons learned and consolidation of learning.
8. Preparing for the PRINCE2 Foundation examination
