Presentation
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a certification demonstrating your ability to manage continuous improvement projects independently. As a Green Belt, you master Lean Six Sigma tools and methods to identify and eliminate waste, optimise processes and improve quality. This certification positions you as a key contributor to transformation within your organisation.
The aim of this LSS Green Belt course is to equip you with the skills needed to manage large-scale projects and achieve tangible results. You will learn to use the DMAIC methodology to structure your projects, and use tools and problem-solving techniques. Case studies and practical exercises allow you to apply your knowledge to real situations.
At the end of this 4-day programme, you can take a certification exam in French to obtain the professional title "Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt", issued digitally in agreement with the Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC).
Objectives
By completing this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course, you will achieve the following objectives:
- Know and understand the concepts of continuous improvement, lean management and the Six Sigma method.
- Master the 5 phases of DMAIC and apply them to real projects.
- Master basic statistical tools and project management tools to successfully carry out improvement projects.
- Understand the different forms of waste (MUDA) and implement actions to eliminate them.
- Contribute to improving product or service quality, reducing costs and increasing productivity.
- Embed a continuous improvement approach in daily management practices.
- Prepare effectively for the CSSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification exam.
