Presentation
For many years, software engineering relied on traditional sequential approaches in which every step was expected to be planned and predictable. To meet the need for greater adaptability, less rigid and more flexible methods emerged. These agile approaches use iterative and incremental processes.
Our 2-day PSD course deepens developers' understanding of Scrum and related agile practices. Through theory and practical work, it helps you use Scrum effectively, understand every stage of software development and adopt agile best practices. You will learn to create agile architectures, perform agile testing and practise continuous integration.
By the end of the course, you will also be prepared to take the Professional Scrum Developer (PSD I) certification exam. It validates your ability to deliver quality software using Scrum while working in Scrum Teams (see the Certification tab for details).
