Presentation
This course develops the competencies to deploy and manage agile methods within an operational unit, using Scrum as the operational framework.
Participants learn to assess organisational agile maturity, build a deployment plan, organise and manage Scrum team activities, coordinate teams and manage dependencies. The programme also covers Scrum roles, events and artefacts, collaboration tools, KPI-based performance monitoring, change support and continuous improvement.
Training combines methodological input, Scrum application and hands-on exercises, with specific preparation for RS7266 certification assessments.
At the end, participants take the RS7266 professional certification, “Mettre en œuvre les méthodes agiles au sein d’une unité opérationnelle” (Implement agile methods within an operational unit), awarded by CROSSTHINK, as well as the PSM1 examination.
