Presentation
The Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK I) course offers professionals an opportunity to refine their approach to agile project management. It lets you explore the synergy between Scrum and Kanban and master workflow optimisation techniques.
During the programme, you will learn how to integrate Kanban practices into Scrum Teams to improve transparency, predictability and value delivery. You will learn to visualise workflow, limit work in progress (WIP) and use data to make informed decisions.
By the end of this 2-day course, you will also be prepared for the Professional Scrum with Kanban I (PSK I) certification exam. This certification validates your ability to apply Kanban principles within Scrum and optimise team effectiveness, supporting roles such as Scrum Master, agile coach, project manager or flow management consultant (see the Certification tab for details).
