Presentation
In an increasingly complex IT environment, virtualisation has become essential. Proxmox VE is a comprehensive, high-performing open-source solution for server virtualisation. Based on KVM and LXC, it simplifies virtual machine and container deployment and management, providing an economical, flexible alternative. Proxmox VE includes advanced features such as high availability, backup, storage and network management, and an intuitive web interface. Suitable for individuals, SMEs and large enterprises, it optimises hardware resource use.
This intensive 3-day course explores Proxmox VE 8.x, the latest version of the virtualisation platform. Discover virtualisation fundamentals and learn to install, configure and administer Proxmox VE and Proxmox Backup Server from start to finish.
Structured into 6 modules, the program develops mastery of virtual machine and container creation and management. Configure storage and networking, ensure service high availability and implement effective backups with Backup Server. You will also secure your environment and optimise infrastructure performance. Throughout the course, practical work and multiple-choice quizzes help you apply your knowledge and validate your virtualisation skills.
