Presentation
In a constantly changing world, where crises follow one another and certainties are challenged, the ability to think strategically is more than ever a fundamental driver of effectiveness, responsible decision-making and impact. Whether leading a business, managing a public administration, handling a crisis or shaping a direction, strategic thinking lies at the heart of relevant action.
This intensive 4-day course provides a clear, rigorous methodology to move from diagnosis to implementing a strategy suited to your environment. The programme helps you master effective analytical tools (problem trees, the Kraljic matrix, etc.) and strategic management tools. It is delivered by an expert trainer who has supported numerous public and private institutions internationally.
By the end of the session, you will be able to anticipate, adapt and sustainably guide your organisation's choices in an uncertain, competitive environment. You will leave with a project logical framework and a 90-day roadmap to embed these practices immediately in your professional context.
