Presentation
Successful onboarding is a strategic driver of retention, performance and employer branding. Yet many employees leave prematurely because of an unstructured induction journey, causing significant costs and loss of skills.
This 2-day course equips managers and HR teams to design and deploy effective onboarding. You will learn to structure every stage (before, during and after arrival), define roles and adopt a supportive management approach that encourages engagement from day one.
The aim is to turn onboarding into a driver of sustained performance. You will leave with practical tools to track skills development, manage early signs of demotivation and ensure a successful employee experience that supports talent retention.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- understand the strategic challenges (cost, image, engagement) and key stages of new employee onboarding;
- design a structured onboarding journey (welcome guide, buddy support, training) suited to the role and company culture;
- adopt a supportive, engaging management approach (availability, listening) from the employee's arrival to create a sense of belonging;
