- Correct and recalibrate MRP master data to optimize product mix and volume.
- Improve Purchasing and supplier performance.
- Streamline flows and implement continuous improvement methods (Lean, 5S, etc.).
- Identify and resolve non-conformities using tools such as PDCA or QRQC.

Module 4: Optimizing Management Through Visual Tools and Technical Data
- Implementation of visual management, SMART indicators (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound), and management rituals.
- Mastery and correction of technical MRP data, including recalibration for new mix/volume and optimization.
Module 5: Enhancing Purchasing Performance and Streamlining Flows
