Presentation
VMware vSphere is Broadcom's virtualisation solution for organisations seeking to modernise their data centre infrastructure. It consolidates hardware resources, improves operational efficiency, facilitates workload migration and supports high availability. It also enables virtual machines (VMs) to be created on a single physical machine, allowing multiple operating systems and applications to run on the same infrastructure.
This 5-day course teaches you management and optimisation techniques for a scalable, resilient virtual infrastructure. You will perform operations and implement advanced VMware vSphere Foundation 9.x features. You will also explore security best practices and associated use cases.
By the end of the program, you will be able to operate, scale and secure a vSphere Foundation infrastructure for organisations of any size. You will also be prepared for the official VMware vSphere Foundation 9.0 Administrator (2V0-16.25) exam, included in our offer (see the Certification tab for details).

Objectives
By the end of this VMware vSphere Foundation course, you will be able to:
- configure and manage a VMware Tools repository;
- configure vSphere Replication and recover replicated VMs;
- manage virtual machine resources using resource pools;
- configure and manage vSphere networking and storage for a large, complex organisation;
- configure VMware vCenter Server High Availability;

Prerequisites
