This one-day course combines theoretical and practical modules focused on working-at-height safety on sloping surfaces. You will cover regulations and responsibilities, personal and collective protective equipment, and the concepts of fall factor and fall clearance. Practical modules will enable you to install fall arrest systems, use horizontal/vertical systems and lanyards, and master access to and securing of roofs or terraces using temporary lifelines and temporary anchors.
By the end of the course, you will master the use and installation of fall arrest equipment suited to sloping surfaces and work effectively and cautiously on roofs or terraces. This expertise will enable you to work safely and in accordance with the specific requirements of these high-risk environments.
