Presentation
The AgilePM (Agile Project Management) methodology is a recognised approach to managing projects flexibly and dynamically in constantly changing environments. Based on DSDM and published by the Agile Business Consortium, it structures the governance and management of agile projects, while using Scrum as the engine for iterative delivery at team level.
This intensive 3-day course enables you to master the principles and foundations of agile project management with AgilePM. You will learn to identify project life cycle phases and their associated deliverables and apply the methodology's techniques and practices, including MoSCoW and Timeboxing.
To prepare for the official AgilePM Foundation V3 exam, you will take a full mock exam designed to reproduce real exam conditions. Passing the official exam, which is separate from this mock exam, earns you the internationally recognised AgilePM Foundation certification awarded by APMG International (see the Certification tab for details).
