Presentation
In the competition for talent, intuition is no longer enough. The recruitment interview is a decisive stage where even a small error of judgement can be costly. The BEI method (Behavioural Event Interviewing) has become a standard for predicting candidates' future performance based on past behaviour.
This 2-day course, certified by CHRMP, develops your assessment expertise. Learn to structure interviews, ask questions that reveal genuine capabilities rather than rehearsed answers, and analyse responses objectively to eliminate cognitive biases.
The aim is to prepare you to conduct high-value interviews. You will leave with a rigorous methodology, validated assessment tools and the preparation needed to earn the international CHRMP Behavioural Event Interviewer certification (see the Certification tab for details).
