As digital transformation makes decision-making more objective through data, HR professionals need to become analysts. Mastering HR data analysis is no longer optional: it is essential to connect HR performance with business strategy.
This intensive 3-day course offers complete immersion. You will learn to structure an analytical approach covering collection and processing, apply models to your challenges (turnover, engagement and recruitment) and visualise data using tools such as tables.
The aim is to equip you to make evidence-based decisions and communicate analyses effectively. You will be ready to take the certification exam for CHRMP HR Analytics, validating your ability to turn data into a strategic asset (see the Certification tab for details).
Objectives
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Identify the strategic challenges of HR Analytics, workforce analytics and people analytics, and the HRBP's role in a data-driven culture;
- implement a complete HR data analysis approach covering collection, cleaning, processing and interpretation;
- build and monitor relevant HR performance indicators (KPIs), including turnover, recruitment cost, engagement and absenteeism;
- apply analytical models to key functions: recruitment (Talent Acquisition), performance, remuneration and workload;
- use statistical analysis tools (correlation) and data visualisation tools such as Tableau Desktop to create charts and filters;
- present results persuasively through data storytelling to support strategic decisions;
- prepare for and pass the CHRMP HR Analytics certification exam by mastering all required knowledge and skills.

Prerequisites
This course requires the following prerequisites:
- Professional experience: basic knowledge of HR practices, such as recruitment and performance, is required to contextualise data analyses.
- Basic knowledge:
- Confidence with Excel or another data processing tool is essential; statistical fundamentals are reviewed during the course;
- good written and spoken English comprehension is required, as course materials and the exam are in English.
