Presentation
Training preparing for CCNP Collaboration and CCIE Collaboration certification.
With hybrid work now commonplace, seamless voice, video and messaging are critical to organisational productivity. Managing complex collaboration infrastructure requires deep knowledge of Cisco core technologies, from call management to securing multimedia traffic.
This Cisco CLCOR course develops the skills to install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco collaboration solutions. It covers supporting network infrastructure, endpoints, call control and advanced service applications.
You will be prepared to pass the 350-801 CLCOR v2.0 certification exam, fully included in our offer (see the Certification tab for details). Passing awards the Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Core credential and fulfils the mandatory core requirement for CCNP Collaboration and CCIE Collaboration.
Objectives
By the end of this Cisco CLCOR course, you will be able to:
- Illustrate Cisco collaboration architecture and key components.
- Implement and troubleshoot signalling protocols and codecs: SIP, H.323 and MGCP.
- Configure Cisco IOS XE voice gateways and media resources.
- Master call control with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Deploy quality of service (QoS) for voice and video traffic.
- Integrate and manage Cisco Unity Connection, Expressway and Webex collaboration applications.
- Prepare for and pass CLCOR 350-801 v2.0 to earn Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Core and progress towards CCNP and CCIE certification.
