Presentation
Effective collaboration is central to collective performance. But collaboration is not simply about tools: it depends first on a management and team approach built on trust, listening and responsibility. Without that culture, even the best tools remain ineffective.
This 2-day course provides an immersion in hybrid collaboration. You will learn to select and facilitate the use of non-digital tools, such as whiteboards and sticky notes, for in-person creativity, and master digital tools such as Teams, Trello and Miro for remote coordination and co-editing.
The aim is to develop a genuine collaborative culture. You will leave with an action plan to streamline teamwork, strengthen cohesion and structure projects, whether on site or remotely, by combining the right approach with the right tools.
Objectives
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- understand the foundations and benefits of collaborative working, including trust, responsibility and performance;
- identify different collaborative tools and their uses, from non-digital sticky notes and whiteboards to digital tools such as Teams, Trello and Miro;
- implement clear, participatory communication methods to streamline exchanges;
- use collaborative tools to structure, organise and facilitate collective work;
- encourage co-creation through brainstorming and workshops, and information sharing within a team;
- adopt an approach based on cooperation, listening and shared responsibility.
