Presentation
In today's professional environment, managing IT estates is fundamental to the sustainability of modern organisations. With hybrid working increasingly widespread, businesses need technicians who can maintain digital infrastructure continuity. Deploying and maintaining these environments requires up-to-date, cross-functional technical skills.
This 5-day course explores the official CompTIA A+ V15 certification syllabus to build operational foundations. You will review hardware components, configure network equipment and explore key cloud computing architecture concepts. The course focuses primarily on operating system administration and implementing robust security protocols to protect client devices.
By the end of this intensive course, you will have a structured working methodology to run an IT technical support service independently. In practical terms, you will be able to diagnose hardware and software faults. You will also actively prepare for the official 220-1201 and 220-1202 exams (see the Certification tab for details).
Objectives
By the end of this CompTIA A+ V15 course, you will be able to:
- understand IT support and customer relationship fundamentals;
- identify computer and mobile device components and understand how they work;
- install Windows and other operating systems such as Linux and macOS, as well as Android and iOS for mobile devices;
- list computer peripheral types and understand their functions;
