Presentation
The CompTIA Project+ course is ideal for IT professionals managing small, straightforward projects. Flexible and comprehensive, it is not restricted to a single project management methodology or model. It covers fundamental IT project management concepts.
Throughout the course, you will learn project management basics, constraints, communication and change management. You will also explore the tools and documentation needed to implement a project through to its final phase: closure.
After this 5-day program, you will also be prepared for the CompTIA PK0-005 exam, included in our offer. This exam is a prerequisite for CompTIA Project+ certification (see the Certification tab for details).

Prerequisites
