Feeling constrained within an agile environment is a common challenge for project teams. Disciplined Agile, or disciplined agility, is a way of working based on agile and Lean practices. It offers the freedom to move beyond a single agile framework and explore a wider range of options.
Our Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)™ course provides a program tailored to disciplined agility, introducing existing agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe® and others. You will also learn to use Disciplined Agile tools to find the right balance in your work. If you have strong project management skills but are new to agile practice, this 2-day course is an ideal fit.
At the end of the course, you will be assessed through the official DASM™ exam from the Project Management Institute (PMI). It enables you to earn DA Scrum Master certification, while the skills acquired are also applicable to any project team member.
Objectives
