This course prepares you to earn the Lead and manage an innovative project with agile methods certification awarded by ORIIONS. Its content also covers all Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)™ certification objectives.
Feeling stuck within an agile environment is a common problem for project teams. Disciplined Agile takes a disciplined approach to agility, combining agile and Lean practices. It provides the freedom to move beyond a single agile framework and explore a broader range of options.
Our Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)™ course introduces existing agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe® and others within a Disciplined Agile programme. You also learn to use Disciplined Agile tools to find the right balance in your work. If you have solid project management skills but are new to agile practice, this 2-day course is an ideal choice.
At the end of the course, you will be assessed through the official DASM™ exam from the Project Management Institute (PMI). It leads to DA Scrum Master certification, while the skills acquired are also relevant to any project team member.
