Presentation
Facilitation methods, tools and techniques unleash a group's collective intelligence. Put an end to meetings or workshops where only a small proportion of participants are active.
Teaching resources
The course uses materials projected from a computer and video projector for the theoretical part.
Practical exercises are carried out individually or in groups. They use materials including sticky notes, Lego®, drawing, kraft paper and marker pens.
Teaching method
The course combines methods, tools and techniques (30%) with practical and game-based cases (70%). Exercises use scenarios following the theoretical input. Facilitation involves serious games and shared experience. Each participant receives course materials in PDF format.
Training evaluation
Learning is assessed through trainer monitoring and an evaluation form completed by
participants. The course does not lead to a diploma or certification.
