Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I)

Training with certification

Become a Certified Scrum Product Owner and maximize the value of your products! In the context of agile project management, the role of the Product Owner is essential to ensuring the success of a product. This Scrum training will enable you to master all aspects of product management through the implementation of the Scrum framework and agile methodology.

Over the course of two days, you will alternate between theoretical lessons and group workshops based on real-world situations. You will strengthen your knowledge of the fundamentals of agility in business, the Scrum framework, and the roles of each Scrum team member. You will also develop the key skills of an effective Product Owner, focusing on delivering high-value products, managing projects through value-driven approaches, and applying the concept of agility at scale.

At the end of this Scrum course, you will be fully prepared to take the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification exam. Internationally recognized, this certification validates your foundational skills as a Product Owner and significantly enhances your professional profile (see more in the Certification tab).

  • Measure product value creation and success, identifying and using relevant metrics to track progress and product impact, and adapting strategy based on results.
  • Integrate quality and the Definition of Done (DoD) into a long-term perspective, understanding how these elements contribute to product viability and faster time-to-market, while implementing practices that ensure product quality.
  • Master Scrum principles and empiricism, applying the foundations of Scrum and the principles of inspection and adaptation to continuously improve both the product and development processes.
  • Fully assume the role of Product Owner within the Scrum team, understanding responsibilities and contributing actively to team success.
  • Apply backlog management, release management, and forecasting techniques, using these tools and methods to plan, monitor, and deliver effectively, while adapting the product backlog based on feedback and changing contexts.
