Cyberattacks are increasing, and no organisation is immune, regardless of size or sector. The ability to design, implement and lead an effective cybersecurity programme has therefore become an essential strategic skill for managers and security leaders.
This 4.5-day course develops the skills needed to implement and manage a cybersecurity programme based on international best practices. It draws on the frameworks ISO/IEC 27032:2023 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 to strengthen organisational resilience against cyberthreats.
By the end of the course, you will be ready to take the official PECB Certified Lead Cybersecurity Manager exam, included in our offering. Depending on your professional experience, you may obtain one of the associated PECB certifications (see the Certification tab for details).
Objectives
By the end of this PECB Lead Cybersecurity Manager course, you will be able to:

Day 4: Managing incidents and testing cybersecurity

Day 5: Evaluating performance and improving the programme
