- Defining roles in a DASM team: leader, contributors and facilitators.
- The importance of team dynamics and scaling factors.
- Communicating an inspiring vision within an agile, disciplined framework:
- Developing a vision aligned with project objectives and disciplined agility values.
- Communication techniques for engaging stakeholders around a clear, compelling vision.

- Simulation: facilitate a sprint planning meeting and retrospective for a fictional project.
- Managing a project in iterative cycles with DASM:
- Monitoring progress and adjusting priorities.
- Managing continuous delivery and optimising the value chain.
Practical work:
- Collaborative workshop: simulate project management with visualisation of iterative cycles and value streams.
- Evaluating deliverables and conducting structured retrospectives:
- Analysing gaps between expectations and results.
- Facilitating retrospective workshops to identify improvement areas.
Practical work:
- Case study: prepare and facilitate a retrospective to improve project team performance.
- Supporting collective performance and applying DASM as an agile framework:
- Encouraging team collaboration and skills development.
- Integrating DASM principles to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.

- Final simulation: managing an innovative project incorporating DASM concepts and tools.
