Presentation
This course develops the skills needed to deploy and manage agile methods across an operational unit, using SAFe as the reference framework.
Participants learn to assess an organisation's agile maturity, build a transformation roadmap, coordinate multiple teams and their dependencies, structure Agile Release Trains, manage performance and support change. The course also covers Lean-Agile principles, PI Planning, Lean-Agile leadership and continuous improvement.
The course combines methodological instruction, practical application of SAFe and hands-on exercises, with specific preparation for the RS7266 certification assessment.
After the course, participants take the professional certification RS7266 — « Mettre en œuvre les méthodes agiles au sein d’une unité opérationnelle » (Implement agile methods within an operational unit), awarded by CROSSTHINK, as well as the SAFe Agilist (SA) examination.
